Privacy Policy
LUNA STELLA Co., Ltd. Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “LUNA STELLA”), in providing services managed by LUNA STELLA (including providing magic shows, arranging for magician services, and other performance and entertainment services, hereinafter “Services”), understands that protection of personal information is important. LUNA STELLA shall observe the Personal Information Protection Law of Japan (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Law”), other laws, regulations and guidelines related to the protection of personal information, and shall make efforts to properly manage and protect personal information.
Article 1 Definition of Personal Information
In this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information which is defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Law, that is, information related to a living individual and by which a specific individual can be identified, such as name or date of birth (including information that can be easily analyzed with other information so that a specific individual can be identified). Article 2 Purpose of the Use of Personal Information
LUNA STELLA may use a user’s Personal Information for the following purposes:

1 to provide the Services;

2 to charge for the Services, etc. purchased by the user;

3 to send goods purchased by the user;

4 to respond to inquiries, etc. from the user regarding the Services;

5 to inform the user of the products or services of LUNA STELLA upon obtaining the consent of the user;

6 to address violations of the terms of the Services;

7 to notify the user of changes in this Privacy Policy or the terms of the Services;

8 to improve the Services and develop new services;

9 to produce statistical data in connection with the Services in a format where the individual cannot be identified; and

10 for other purposes incidental to purposes set forth above.

Article 3 Change in Purpose of the Use of Personal Information
LUNA STELLA may change one or more Purpose of the Use of Personal Information if the changed purpose is within a scope reasonably related to an existing purpose. In the event of any change in the Purpose of the Use of Personal Information, LUNA STELLA shall publicly announce or notify the users of the changed purpose.
Article 4 Limitation of the Use of Personal Information
Without obtaining the prior consent of the user, LUNA STELLA shall not handle Personal Information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the Purpose of the Use of Personal Information, except in the cases permitted pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations; provided, however, that this shall not apply to the following cases:

1 when the handling of Personal Information is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

2 when the handling of Personal Information is necessary for the protection of the life, body or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the user;

3 when the handling of Personal Information is necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the user; or

4 when the handling of Personal Information is necessary for cooperation with the national government or local governments or their agents in their performance of any conduct under the law and such performance is expected to be hampered by obtaining the consent of the user.

Article 5 Appropriate Acquisition of Personal Information

LUNA STELLA shall acquire the Personal Information appropriately, and shall not acquire Personal Information by deception or other wrongful means.
Article 6 Security Control of Personal Information
LUNA STELLA shall conduct necessary and appropriate supervision over the employees of LUNA STELLA in order to prevent the risk of the loss,
destruction, defacing or divulgation of Personal Information, and to ensure the security control of the Personal Information. In cases where LUNA STELLA entrusts an individual or a business operator with the handling of Personal Information, in whole or in part, LUNA STELLA shall conduct necessary and appropriate supervision over such party to ensure the security control of the Personal Information.
Article 7 Provision to the Third Party
LUNA STELLA shall not provide Personal Information to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except in the cases permitted pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations; provided, however, that this shall not apply to the following cases:

1 with this Privacy Policy with the handling of Personal Information, in whole or in part, within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of the Use of Personal Information;

2 when the Personal Information is used jointly pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Law; or

3 when the Personal Information of the user is provided to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition or the assignment of all or a substantial part of LUNA STELLA business. In that case, LUNA STELLA shall make efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the Personal Information pursuant to this Privacy Policy.

Article 8 Disclosure of Personal Information

In cases where a user requests LUNA STELLA to disclose his/her Personal Information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, LUNA STELLA shall disclose the Personal Information without delay after confirmation of the identification of the user (if the relevant Personal Information does not exist, LUNA STELLA shall notify the user to that effect); provided, however, that this shall not apply to cases where LUNA STELLA shall not have a disclosure obligation under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
Article 9 Correction, Etc. of Personal Information
In cases where a user requests LUNA STELLA to correct, add or delete (hereinafter referred to as the “Correction”) his/her Personal Information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law, due to the inaccuracy of such Personal Information, LUNA STELLA shall, after confirming the identity of the user and to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use of the Personal Information, conduct any necessary investigation without delay, make any necessary Correction to the Personal Information based on the results of the investigation and notify the users to that effect (if LUNA STELLA decides not to make any Correction, LUNA STELLA shall notify the users to that effect); provided, however, that this shall not apply to cases where LUNA STELLA shall not have any obligation to make any Correction under the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.
Article 10 Suspension, Etc. of Personal Information
In cases where a user requests LUNA STELLA to suspend the use of or to delete his/her Personal Information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law on the ground that the Personal Information is being handled beyond the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of the Use of Personal Information or that the Personal Information was acquired by deception or other wrongful means, LUNA STELLA shall, after confirming the identifying of the user and only when LUNA STELLA deems the request reasonable, suspend the use of or delete the Personal Information without delay and notify the user to that effect; provided, however, that this shall not apply to cases where LUNA STELLA shall not have any obligation to suspend or delete under the Personal Information Protection Law and other laws and regulations.
Article 11 Use of Cookie and Other Technologies
Cookies and other similar technologies may be used in the Services. These technologies contribute to understanding the status of utilization of the Services and to improving the Services. If the user wants to disable Cookies, the user can do so by changing the settings of his/her web browser; provided, however, if the user disables Cookies, the user may not be able to use the Services in whole or in part.
Article 12 Access Log, Etc.
LUNA STELLA records information on persons who visit the website of LUNA STELLA in the form of access logs. Access logs include information such as the IP address, host name, kind of OS and web browser and access date and time. LUNA STELLA may use access logs to administer maintenance of the website of LUNA STELLA and the Services or for statistical analysis of the status of utilization.
Article 13 Link with External Services
The Services can be connected to or linked with external services managed by third parties by the consent of the user. Information provided to the external services by the user is not under the management of LUNA STELLA and the terms and privacy policy of the external services shall apply to such information separately from the terms of the Services and this Privacy Policy.
Article 14 Security
LUNA STELLA shall encrypt data using SSL as a rule, when the user sends or receives data of the user such as a credit-card number, password or digital data of a photograph, and when LUNA STELLA stores such data of the user LUNA STELLA shall make efforts to improve the security of such data continuously, however LUNA STELLA shall not ensure complete security for the users.

Article 16 Continual Improvement
LUNA STELLA shall review the status concerning the handling of Personal Information as appropriate, and shall make efforts to improve and may amend or change this Privacy Policy as necessary. In the event of any amendment or change to this Privacy Policy, the latest Privacy Policy shall be posted on the website of LUNA STELLA.
